And ink and paint and make things with paper... so it's a good thing that I'm an illustrator. I've always been interested in storytelling so naturally I'm rather keen on visual narratives, including children's book illustrations and comics. I also like character design and storyboarding, though book cover design, surface design and repeat patterns also tickle my fancy. And typography & hand lettering make me geek out. Like, big time. I combine traditional and digital techniques to make my artwork, often sketching, lining and colouring by hand before tweaking or marrying these stages together in Procreate.
